PLANNING COMMISSION JULY 23, 1985 PAGE 8 <br />Department. B. Gorris moved to approve the Improvement plans for the <br />North Olmsted Industrial Park, as presented, seconded by J. Brown, and <br />unanimously approved. <br />2) Rocco H. and Hennie M. Puzzitiello Assembly Plat, location is the south <br />side of Lorain Road between Stearns Road and Park Ridge Drive. <br />Proposal is to combine parcels 234-20-1 and 234-20-2 into one (1) parcel, <br />which is the site of a proposed office shopping complex by Hennie Homes. <br />a <br />Mr. Schaller explained that this assembly of two lots is required prior <br />to approval of the proposed office shopping complex. B. Gorris moved <br />to approve"the assembly of parcels 234-20-1 and 234-20-2, seconded by J. <br />Wixted, and unanimously approved. <br />V. COMMUNICATIONS: <br />Chairman Burns will be requesting that the Charter Review Commission look <br />into having a review procedure set up for variances granted by the Board <br />of Zoning Appeals. <br />VI. NEW BUSINESS: <br />The Commission has had questions regarding recent stipulations that only <br />one driveway be allowed onto commercial propertyo Developers and the <br />Architectural Board of Review would like some sort of guidelines. Com- <br />mission will consider some type of criteria perhaps based on frontage <br />and use, but would like some latitude dependent on the proposal involved. <br />The Commission requests that the City look into the adequacy of the <br />drainage ditches and the problems with them that have been discussed <br />recently. <br />VII. OLD BUSINESS: <br />No items <br />VIII. COMMITTEE REPORTS: <br />No items <br />IX. ADJOURNMENT: <br />B. Gorris moved to excuse the absence of E.
