NEW DEVELOPMENTS AND SUBDIVISIONS: <br />1) Noreen Drive Subdivision - Location is the southeast corner of the <br />Walter Road and Noreen Drive intersection, <br />Proposal is to subdivide and re-align two (2) parcels 231-1-6 and <br />231-1-112, into three (3) parcels. Note: Proposed sublot No. 1 <br />does not conform to minimum depth requirement (135 ft.) and sublot <br />No. 2 does not conform to the minimum frontage requirement for a <br />corner lot (75 ft.). Proposal was heard by Planning Commission on <br />September 10, 1985 and referred to the Board of Zoning Appeals (Oct. <br />2, 1985): required variances granted. <br />City.Engineer Schaller explained.that subdivision has received re= <br />-quired variances from the Board of Zoning Appeals and that depth of <br />sublot 1 is consistant with others on Noreen Dr. Mr. Gorris questioned <br />if variances would be required in order to construct homes on the two <br />vacant properties. Since square footage is over the minimums homes <br />can probably be built without variances. J. Wixted moved to approve <br />the Noreen Drive Subdivision proposal to subdivide and re-align two <br />parcels 231--1-6 and 231-1-112 into three parcels, seconded by E. <br />Traczyk, and unanimously approved, <br />2) Robert and Eileen_Brennan Subdivis.ion_--_Location is the south side <br />of Mastick Road, west of Park Lane. <br />Proposal is to subdivie parcel 237-24-6 into two (2) parcels. Note: <br />that the parcel now has two (Z) residential dwellings (addresses: <br />24193 and 24207 Mastick I:oad). Frontage variances obtained June 12, <br />1985. Variance still required for minimum lot depth and lot area. <br />Proposal was heard by Plrinning Commission on September 10, 1985 and <br />referred to the Board of Zoning Appeals (October 2, 1985): required <br />variances granted. <br />City Engineer Schaller explained variances for frontage, depth and square <br />footage of lots has been approved. Property backs up to the Metro-Park <br />and there are two homes on it. Property is being subdivised so that <br />one house can be sold. J. Brown moved to approve the Robe=t and Eileen <br />Brennan Subdivision which is to subdivide parcel 237-24-6 into two <br />parcels, said parcel having two residences on it at the present time, <br />seconded by B. Gorris, and unanimously approved. <br />V.
