Y <br />PLANNING COMMISSION OCTOBER 8, 1985 PAGE 3 <br />Lune and will front on Country Club Blvd. New parking for this area is <br />separate from the existing shopping center parking and will conform to code. <br />Mr. Carlisle will present a parking survey of the existing parking at a later <br />date. There will be some type of arcade walkway from this plaza to the north- <br />ern most stores. A portion of the rear service drive will be eliminated. <br />Commission discussed the bike path that terminates near the I-480 intersec= <br />tion,,and agree with Mr. Carlisle that this is a dangerous situation and <br />should be studied. <br />Mrs. Brown presented a copy of the historic homes study_made by the Landmarks <br />Commission. She also advised that Mrs. Lord, Chairwoman of the Landmarks a proposal <br />Commission would like to present for the de- <br />Butternut Ridge Road as an Historic District. This will be presented at the signation <br />next meeting. of... <br />VI. NEW BUSINESS: <br />No items - <br />VII. OLD BUSINESS: <br />City Engineer J. Schaller advised that he has not received a written report <br />from the Ohio Department of Transportation regarding the Hennie Homes pro- <br />posal at the intersection of Lorain Road and the proposed SR252. <br />„=.
