NEW BUSINESS: <br />No items. <br />VII. OLD BUSINESS: <br />In reference to the Hennie Homes proposal to construct a building adjacent <br />to the proposed relvcated SR 252, City Engineer Schaller advised that <br />he had received the letter from the Ohio Department of Transportation con- <br />firming tTiat tfiey had acquired a temporary easement on that property which <br />is to be used durtng tfie construction of the roadway. A copq of the drawing <br />submitted by them will Fie sent to the members. <br />City Engineer Schaller also advised regarding the Vicko-Rathbun subdivision <br />heard by Planning Commission on June 25th, that notice was sent to the Ohio <br />Deparfiment of Transportation and the State has not responded; the 120 day <br />waiting period has expired and the $ubdivision will be re-presented at the <br />next zneeting. Tfie Cominfission would like a map showing all property which fronts on the <br />newly, compl,eted section of Relocated SR 252 since there will vrobably be <br />Tequests to develop the adjacent property. Mr. Schaller advised that this <br />is a li-mited access hightway and the State has control of all curb cuts. <br />Assistant Law Director Dubelko advised*that he is looking into density <br />zoning as requested at the last meeting by Mr. Morgan. <br />VIII.
