NEW DEVELOPMENTS AND SUBDIVISIONS:
1) Vicko and Rathbun Resubdivision, location is the south side of Gessner
Road west of Columbia Road.
Proposal was withdrawn by the developer.
2) Country Club Boulevard Subdivision No. 1, location is the south side
of Country Club Blvd., west of the I-480 right-of-way at Great Northern
Blvd. Proposal is to subdivide and re-align four (4) parcels, 236-10-2,
236-10-5, 236-13-5, and 236-13-11 into four (4) sublots. Note that
this proposed subdivision is mainly within a Mixed Use District.
City Engineer Schaller explained that property lines will be realiQned,
sublots 1, 2, and 3 are Zoned Mixed Use, and sublot 4 is zoned residen-
tial, eliminating lots that are partially Mixed Use and partially resi-
dential. Mr, Carlisle explained that they will continue to follow
the master plan previously submitted, but since the Hampton Inn and
the office building are owned by separate entities, property lines
must be changed for tax purposes. It was explained to neighbors that
are no zoning changes, buffer areas will remain as planned, and there
are no plans for the residential lot. Mr. Dubelko advised that he
was informed by Mr. Carlisle that deed will contain cross restrictions
which will require the owners to retain the property as Mixed Use and
to continue with the master plan or to submit any changes in that plan
to the city.as required by code. J. Wixted moved to approve the
Country Club Blvd Subdivision No. 1, proposal to subdivide and re-
align four parcels, 236-10-2, 236-10-5, 236-13-5, and 236-13-11 into
four sublots conditioned upon: 1) there be cross restrictions of the
various deeds requiring that the owners maintain it as Mixed Use and
not seek rezoning, 2) they adhere to the basic or master plan as submit-
ted, if it is amended in the future, it conform to the ordinances of
the City of North Olmsted, 3) that no way by doing this subdivision
will any of the property owners have less restrictions in the use of
their Mixed Use property than they would have had it been maintained
in the original configuration, seconded by E. Traczyk, and unanimously
approved.
3) Lorain Road Auto Body and Frame Assembly Plat, location is the north
side of Lorain Road, east of Columbia Road.
Proposal is to combine parcels 231-37-8 and 231-37-10 into one (1)
parcel, which is the site of Joe Goerge, approved by Planning Com-
mission on October 22, 1985.
Mr. Schaller expi4iri6d that parcel 231-37-10 is presently landlocked.
B. Gorris moved to approve the Lorain Road Auto Body and.Frame Assembly
Plat, located on the north side of Lorain Road, east of Columbia Road,
seconded by T. Morgan, and unanimously approved.
V. COMMLiNICATIONS:
No items.
