f
CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED
ARCHITECTURAL BOARD OF REVIEW
MINUTES - JANUARY 16, 1985
I. ROLL CALL:
Chairwoman Case called the meeting to order at 4:05 p.m.
Present: M. Case, J. Cavaluchi, S. Ebin, and R. Mongello
Also Present; Recording Secretary B. Oring
II. REVIEGl AND CORRECTION OF MINUTES:
S. Ebin moved to approve the Minutes of December 19, 1984 as submitted,
seconded by M. Case. Roll call on motion: Ebin, Case, and Mongello, Aye.
Mr. Cavaluchi, abstained.
III. SIGNS:
No items.
IV. OLD BUSINESS:
No items.
V. NEW BUSINESS:
a) Carriage Carpet, 25151 Lorain Rd.
Proposal to construct an addition.
Referred by Planning Commission January 8, 1985.
Architect G. Present landscaping will be continued in front of addi-
tion and arborvitae will be extended on property line behind present
building, as well as behind the addition, as recommended by the Plan-
ning Commission. The dumpsters will be screened and one light pole
will be added, but will be shielded so as not to shine onto adjacent
residences. No sianage is to be presented as this time; however,
underground wiring for a pole sign is included on plans. Board would
like a total co-ordinated sign package presented for both units. S.
Ebin moved to approve the Carriage Carpet addition plans as submitted
with the stipulation that if the mechanical units on the roof are
