ROLL CALL: <br />Chairwoman Case called the meeting to order at 4:05 p.m. <br />Present: M. Case and S.' Ebin <br />Absent: J. Cavaluehi and R. Mongello <br />Also Present: B. Oring, Recording Secretary <br />II. REVIEW AND CORRECTION OF MINUTES: <br />Mr. Ebin corrected the minutes of May 22, 1985, on first page, second <br />last line, motion should read: "seconded by M. Case,". S. Ebin moved <br />to approve the Minutes of May 5th as corrected, seconded by M. Case, <br />and unanimously approved. <br />III. SIGNS: <br />No items. <br />IV. OLD BUSINESS: <br />No items. <br />V. NEW BUSINESS: <br />a) Ernest Nemeth, approximately 29329 Lorain Rd. <br />Architect not present,heard later in meeting. <br />b) Biskind Development Co., south side of Country Club Blvd. (between <br />Victoria Plaza and I-480). <br />Submission of proposal for detailed development plans known as <br />parcel "C" and including office building and hotel, as required in <br />Section 1204.02. <br />Heard by Planning Commission June 11, 1985. <br />Mr. Carlisle presented color elevation of buildings; both office <br />building and hotel will'be gray dryvit (integral color, not painted), <br />doors are mill finislied aluminum, raised bands (trim), window trim, <br />and mechanical screening will be red , roof wi11 be darker gray, <br />windows in office building will be reflective glass, those in hotel <br />will be clear. Mr. Frick, a neighbor, asked if reflective glass would <br />shine on adjacent residences. This should not be a problem, only 2 <br />stories, not that many windows. Office building is 2 stories, first <br />floor can be entered at grade from front parking lot, and because of <br />grade in rear, second floor can be entered by walking across bridge <br />from rear parking area, first floor can be entered by walking down <br />stairs; all offices on the first floor have individual outside en- <br />trances, there is no corridor. Mr. Frick objected since parking <br />lot would be closer to Kennedy Ridge Road and residences would hear
