The oath <br />was administered to Mr. Buckholz, the owner.. This variance would give <br />him a sign the same size as the one on the adjacent unit. Building Com- <br />missioner Gundy stated that his unit is set back in a corner and is not <br />visible from the street. R. Bugala moved to grant the 9 sq. ft. variance, <br />seconded by L. Horvath; and unanimously approved. Variance granted: <br />Chairman Remmel read a letter fron Roman Gardens Condominium Association <br />regarding request denied in August; they were requesting the Board to help <br />in placing the dumpsters on their property. Mr. Remmel was on vacation - <br />and received both the letter and the notice of.appeal through the Common <br />Pleas Court upon his return. He therefore took has not responded. The <br />Law Director iequested=that the Board note locations that they had suggested <br />so that this information can be forwarded to Roman Gardens. <br />Mr. Gareau also advised the Board that the request regarding the Nobleman's <br />swimming pool was also going to be appealed. <br />Mi. Horvath advised that he will be moving out of North Olmsted, and will <br />have to resign from the Board. <br />Mr. Bugala moved to thank Mr. Horvath for his many years of faithful <br />service and to wish him the best of luck, seconded by Chairman Remmel, <br />and unanimously approved. <br />R. Bugala moved:to excuse the absence of Mr. Graves, seconded by L. Horvath, <br />and unanimously approved. <br />The meeting was adjourned at 9:15 p.m. <br />? <br />C.
