Present garage <br />would not accommodate van and flat roof was a maintenance problem. C. <br />Remmel moved to grant a 139 sq. ft. variance for garage area, limiting <br />the height to 17 feet 6 inches and conditioned upon the removal of the <br />chicken coop, and a special permit for non conforming, seconded by R. <br />Bugala, and unanimously approved. The oath <br />was administered to Mr. Prybis and Mr. and Mrs. Truskawetski, neighbors. <br />Mrs. Truskawetski submitted a letter objecting to the variance.and the <br />special permit on.the basis -of noise •and -pr-oblems- that they are having at <br />present. They believe that the addition will add to the number of cars <br />and noise that is bothering them now. This is a police matter. R. Bugala <br />moved to approve the 8' variance and special permit, seconded by E. Graves, <br />and unanimously approved. <br />10. James R.
