The oath <br />was administered to Mr. Miller and Mr. Graf, a neighbor. Existing garage <br />will be removed, but Mr. Miller would like to use same floor. Mr. Graf <br />has no objection. R. Bugala moved to grant the 3' rear yard and the 2' <br />side yard variance for Mr. MillerV seconded by E. Graves, and unanimously ' <br />approved. Variances granted. <br />;ene A. It was ex- <br />plained that this is a three car garage and will be used to store private <br />cars. Tt was pointed out that property is 4 acres. L. Horvath moved to <br />grant the variance, seconded by E. Graves, and unanimously approved. <br />Variance granted. <br />Daniel P. Dalessandro, lot west of 24895 Kennedy Ridge Rd. <br />Request for variance (1133.13). Request variance to build garage with an <br />enclosed porch on vacant lot (accessory ume with no primary use). Also, <br />request for variance for 50 sq. ft. garage area. Violation of Ord. 62-33, <br />S,ection 1151.04. <br />Chairman Remmel called all interested parties before the Board. The oath <br />was administered to Mr. Dalessandro, Mr. Welsch, Mr. Viergots, neighbors; <br />and the contractor. Vacant lot is 80' by 466` and is buildable, Mr. <br />Remmel suggested combining the lots, which according to Law Director Gareau <br />could be subdivided if they planned to sell since lots would be conforming <br />(house plans would have to be submitted at time of subdivision). C. Remmel <br />moved to grant the 50 sq. ft. variance for garage area on application for <br />joing lot conditioned upon the adjoining lot and present residence lot <br />--ing combined, seconded by E.
