Assistant Law Director Dubelko advised that there was no
provision in the code for Planning Commission to grant temporary ap-
proval. Sublot 2 will be assembled with the remainder of It-'235-7-1
and Motorists Mutual plans to build a drive-through claims branch office
on it. No site plan is developed as yet and building proposal will not
be submitted until later at which time landscaping and fencing will be
shown. Mr. Keltner explained that usually they do landscape their
property. It was explained to Mrs. Hill that she will be notified when
building proposal is submitted to Planning Commission and any requests
for fencing and landscaping will be considered at that time.
