Brown moved to approve proposal to construct <br />a freezer enclosure to the rear of the McDonald's Restaurant at 27322 <br />Lorain Road to be constructed of the same material as the restaurant, <br />seconded by J. Burns, and unanimously approved. <br />3) McDonald's Office Building, 28253 Lorain Rd. <br />Proposal to construct an addition <br />Building Commissioner Gundy explained that some of the existing parking <br />will be eliminated but new parking will be added; fifty seven spaces <br />are required and sixty-eigYit are being provided. Mr. Brenders, repre- <br />senting the owner, explained that the addition will match the existing <br />building. McDonalds will be taking over the entire existing building <br />and the offices of the R. J. Reynolds Tobacco Co, who leases space in <br />the building now, will be moving into the addition. No new signage is <br />planned. T. Morgan moved to refer ttie McDonalds Office Building pro- <br />posal to construct an addition at 28253 Lorain Road to the Architectural <br />Board of Review, to the Engineering Department for their review, and <br />to the Safety Department for their comments, seconded by J. Brown, and <br />unanimously approved. <br />4) Charles Helzer, property located south of 31254 Bradley Rd. <br />Proposal to construct warehouse in Limited Industrial Area. <br />Mr. Gundy explained that the building will be 3,200 sq. ft. and conforms <br />to code requirements in the Limited Industrial Area. Five parking spaces <br />are required and six are being provided. Warehouse will be for storage <br />of stainless_steel piping for dairy equipment. K. Illes, Architect, and <br />Mr. Helzer, the owner, explained that landscaping is planned and exist- <br />ing pine trees will remain. Mr. Jeskey and Mr. Nestoff, adjacent pro- <br />perty owners, viewed the plans. Mr. Nestoff was advised that driveway <br />would be on opposite side away from his property. Neither gentleman had <br />any objection to the proposal. J. Burns moved to refer the Charles <br />Helzer proposal to construct a warehouse adjacent to 31254 Bradley Rd. <br />to the Architectural Board of Review, to Engineering, and to the Safety <br />Department, seconded by E.
