-? <br />? <br />PLANNING COMMISSION DECEMBER 11, 1984 PAGE 3 <br />Canterbury are being split off and combined to make 6ne conforming lot <br />on Tallwood Dr. Proposal was explained to Mr. Redon,adjacent_.property <br />owner. Conforming house can be built on property, so he has no objec- <br />tion to proposal. J. Brown moved to approve the S.C. Subdivision of <br />parcels 232-31-17 and 232-31-18 which is splitting off 81.00 feet from <br />the rear of these properties into parcel "A!" with a frontage of 81.00 <br />feet fronting on Tallwood Drive as requested, seconded-by B. Gorris, <br />and unanimously approved. <br />V. COMMUNICATIONS: <br />The Planning Commissioners' Guide has been received and Mr. Burns will <br />study. <br />VI. NEW BUSINESS: <br />Planning Gommission will cancel December 25th meeting and will meet again <br />on the next regularly scheduled meeting on January 8,.1985. <br />VII. OLD BUSINESS: <br />Letter from Planning Commission to Council requesting that Planning Com- <br />mission be allowed to review pronosals to subdivide or assemble nonconform-- <br />ing lots prior-to going to the Board-of Zoning Appeals for a variance, has <br />been forwarded to the Law Department for the drafting of legislation. Such <br />a proposal was before the Board of Zoning Appeals on December 5th, and Mr. <br />Gorris had requested that the Board of.Zoning Appeals refer the matter to <br />Planning Commission prior to granting=-a variance. The Board has continued <br />the request until:January 2, 1985. The Commission and Assistant Law Director <br />Dubelko discussed the ramifications of receiving these proposa]s prior to <br />their_:being submitted to the Board of Zoning.Appeals. <br />VIII. COMMITTEE REPORTS: <br />Mr. Burns advised that on December-4th, the Council as a whole_has approved <br />the concept of the Ad Hoc Planning Committee. Mr. Morgan and Mr. Burns <br />have been attending for Planning Commission.and will continue to work <br />closely with the committee. <br />IX.
