Asphalt shingles on roof
will be tan or brown. Front door and windows will have bronze alumi-
num trim, rear door will be a sectional overhead door (probably alumi-
num), both this door and man door on the side elevation will be white
or gray. Gutters and downspouts will also probably be white or gray
aluminum. No signage is planned at this time. As many of the exist-
ing trees as possible will be saved. Some landscaping is planned.
Dumpster will be enclosed with a wolmanized lumber fence. One or two
employee parking spaces will not be usable on day trash is to be picked
up. Mr. Talon estimated that this will only be about once a month. Mr.
Ebin is concerned that more parking spaces might be needed. S. Ebin
moved to approve the plans as submitted, seconded by M. Case, and unani-
mously approved.
V. Gutters and downspouts will be installed in white, but will
be s:plashed on ground (rear acre of land is undeveloped and has a drain-
age ditch at back). Trim will also be white. S. Ebin moved that the
plans be approved as submitted, seconded by M. Case, and unanimously
approved.
b) Bob Evans Restaurant, East of Zayre/Rini Shopping Center
Proposal to:construct restaurant.
Mr. Nick Vollman presented the plans. Some trees can be saved but
many wi11 have to come down. Property in rear will be cleaned out and
left natural. Landscape buffer will be approximately 50' on the Lorain
Road frontage. Mrs. Case suggested that more trees be planted on the
Lorain Road section of the property. This will be a standard Bob Evans
building of masonary construction with wood veneer (M.D.O. Board) painted
red with white trim. Mechanical units will be enclosed behind parapet
on all sides. Building is sprinklered.. Dumpster will be enclosed with
a 6' briclc, wall. S. Ebin moved to approve the Bob Evans building plans
as submitted, seconded by M. Case, and unanimously approved. Sign was
discussed at this point. The wa11 sign will be yellow letters mounted
on plastic and internally illuminated. Pole sign is red and white
changeable copy with black letters. No "Bob Evans" logo is planned for
sign which is shapped in the typical Bob Evans logo. Underground
wiring is planned. S. Ebin moved that both the pole and wall signs be
approved as submitted, seconded by M. Case, and unanimously approved.
VI.
