ROLL CALL: <br />Chairwoman Case called the meeting to order at 4:12 p.m. <br />Present: M. Case and J. Cavaluchi <br />Absent; S. Ebin and R. Mongello <br />Also Present: B. Oring,.Recording Secretary <br />II. REVIEW AND CORRECTION OF MINUTES: <br />The Minutes of Apri1 18th were deferred until the next meeting (Mr. <br />Cavaluchi was not present and cannotvote on them). <br />III. SIGNS: <br />a) Sisters Chicken and Biscuits <br />Signs. <br />Heard with building plans wall pole, and menu signs approved as presented <br />subject to conformity to the sign ordinance. <br />IV. OLD BUSINESS: <br />No items. <br />V. NEW BUSINESS: <br />a) Sisters Chicken and Biscuits (heard later in meeting). <br />b) Manor Care Nursing Home (Michael Doerr), 23225 Lorain Rd. <br />Proposal to construct addition. <br />Mr. San Antonio and Architect M. Doerr explained the plans for the 2,300 <br />square foot addition. All materials will match the existing. Existing <br />landscaping will be relocated adjacent to the new structure. M. Cavaluchi <br />moved to approve the Manor Care proposal as submitted, seconded by M. <br />Case, and unanimously approved. <br />a) Sisters Chicken and Biscuits, 25730 and 25710 Lorain Rd. <br />Proposal to construct restaurant. <br />Messrs. Knight,Hennings,and Neibheiser explained the proposal. Wall sign <br />and pole sign area will have to be reduced to conform to the ordinance. <br />Signs will match the color of the building. J. Cavaluchi moved to approve <br />the pole and'wall"signs and menu.-board as presented subject to conform- <br />ity with the sigii ordinance, seconded by M. Case, and unanimously approved. <br />Building will be sided with masonite in an autumn gold color and trim is
