" • ARCHITECTURAL BOARD OF REVIEW OCTOBER 17, 1984 PAGE 2
Original plans submitted for screening were for white aluminium siding
but Mr. Hardman, representing Eye.works, stated that plans have been
changed so that now screening will be made of masonite, spray painted
white; material will be doubled sided and capped to prevent moisture
from penitrating. Board questioned if black would not be less notice-
able on black roof. Board also has doubts that masonite would be satis-
fac.tory. It was suggested that a Panel 15 material might be more durable.
Board prefers aluminium siding as originally planned, but if they do
decide to look.into the Panel 15, they will have to bring material.back
for approval. S. Ebin moved to approve the plan as submitted which is
for aluminium siding as long as the color is black, seconded by J.
Cavaluchi, and unanimously approved.
V.
