Size variance denied. Location variance granted. 7. J. Kovach, 4302 Root Rd. Request for variance (1133.13). Request 92 sq. ft. variance and loca- tion variance for shed. Violation of Ord. 62-33, Section 1151.04D. Chairman Remmel called all interested parties before the Board. The oath was administered to Mr. Kovach and Mr. Scott, a neighbor. Mr. Scott stated that the proposed location was most desirable since if shed were located according to the ordinance it would be adjacent to his front yard. C. Remmel moved to grant the variance with the con- dition that the rear wall of shed be located at least 200' from front property line and side wall at least 5' from south property line, seconded by R. The ' oath was administered to Mr. Catalano who explained that he now has - assembly plat drawn up-and-he will be going to Planning Commission, but he would like to start addition before w.eather gets bad. Board felt that the assembly should be done first. Mr. Catalano stated that he owned the land behind--him-:-and that it was landlocked and could not be put to any other use. R.
