James Murphy, 4211 Danberry Dr. - Request for variance (1133.13). Request 16 sq. ft. variance for tool shed (less than 4,500 sq, ft. rear yard). Violation of Ord. 62-33, Section 1151.04D. Chairman Remmel called all interested parties before the Board. The oath was administered to Mr. Murphy. Shed is 16 sq. ft. larger than allowed in rear yard of less than 4,500 sq. ft. E. Graves moved to grant the variance, seconded by L. Horvath, and unanimously approved. Var- iance granted. 4. St. Brendan Parish, Brendan Ln & Reed Ave. Request for extension of special permit as required in Ord. 62-33, Section 1151.01E by virtue of permanently parking two truck trailers for purpose of storage. Chairman Remmel called all interested parties before the Board. The oath was administered to Mr. M. White representing St. Brendans, J. Wirtanen, Mrs. Aldrich, Mrs. Psenicka, J. Doran, and Mr. Hohmann. Mr. White stated that trailers are not permanent and are only to be used until a new church is built (a minimum of 2 years). Trailers are used for storage of school equipment and carnival supplies and will be painted in the Spring of 1984. Most neighbors objected. It was suggested that trailers could be moved to a storage area. C. Remmel moved to extend the special permit for a period of 60 days only after which time trailers must be moved, seconded by T. Restifo. Roll call on motion: Remmel, Restifo, Graves, and Horvath, Aye. Bugala abstained. Special permit granted 60 days only. 5. Edward J..Flanagan, 27712 Lorain Rd. . ,. Request special permit to add to non-conforming'building. Special permission required Ord. 62-33, Section 1231.02. Also request 16' front . setback variance. Violation of Ord. 62-33, Section 1174.02. Chairman Remmel called all interested parties before the Board. The oath was administered to Dr. Flanagan and R. Mongello, Architect. Mr. Mongello would like to amend the variance and request a 20' front set back variance. Mr. Graves stated'that the proposal would be a tremondous improvement to the property: L. Horvath moved to grant the 20' front set back variance for the addition and the special per- mit_to add to non-conforming buildings, seconded by E._ Grayes,.and unanimously approved. Variance granted. 6. Michael J. Mi11er, 4645 Canterbury Request for variance (1133.13). Request 28 sq. ft, variance and location variance for shed. Violation of Ord. 62-33, Section 1151.04D. Chairman Remmel-called all interested-parties before the Board. The oath was administered to Mr. Miller. Mr. Remmel stated that other sheds in neighborhood conformed to the ordinance. C.
