Request 16 sq. ft. variance for tool <br />shed (less than 4,500 sq, ft. rear yard). Violation of Ord. 62-33, <br />Section 1151.04D. <br />Chairman Remmel called all interested parties before the Board. The <br />oath was administered to Mr. Murphy. Shed is 16 sq. ft. larger than <br />allowed in rear yard of less than 4,500 sq. ft. E. Graves moved to grant <br />the variance, seconded by L. Horvath, and unanimously approved. Var- <br />iance granted. <br />4. St. Brendan Parish, Brendan Ln & Reed Ave. <br />Request for extension of special permit as required in Ord. 62-33, <br />Section 1151.01E by virtue of permanently parking two truck trailers <br />for purpose of storage. <br />Chairman Remmel called all interested parties before the Board. The <br />oath was administered to Mr. M. White representing St. Brendans, J. <br />Wirtanen, Mrs. Aldrich, Mrs. Psenicka, J. Doran, and Mr. Hohmann. <br />Mr. White stated that trailers are not permanent and are only to be <br />used until a new church is built (a minimum of 2 years). Trailers <br />are used for storage of school equipment and carnival supplies and will <br />be painted in the Spring of 1984. Most neighbors objected. It was <br />suggested that trailers could be moved to a storage area. C. Remmel <br />moved to extend the special permit for a period of 60 days only after <br />which time trailers must be moved, seconded by T. Restifo. Roll call <br />on motion: Remmel, Restifo, Graves, and Horvath, Aye. Bugala abstained. <br />Special permit granted 60 days only. <br />5. Edward J..Flanagan, 27712 Lorain Rd. . ,. <br />Request special permit to add to non-conforming'building. Special <br />permission required Ord. 62-33, Section 1231.02. Also request 16' front <br />. setback variance. Violation of Ord. 62-33, Section 1174.02. <br />Chairman Remmel called all interested parties before the Board. The <br />oath was administered to Dr. Flanagan and R. Mongello, Architect. <br />Mr. Mongello would like to amend the variance and request a 20' front <br />set back variance. Mr. Graves stated'that the proposal would be a <br />tremondous improvement to the property: L. Horvath moved to grant <br />the 20' front set back variance for the addition and the special per- <br />mit_to add to non-conforming buildings, seconded by E._ Grayes,.and <br />unanimously approved. Variance granted. <br />6. Michael J. Mi11er, 4645 Canterbury <br />Request for variance (1133.13). Request 28 sq. ft, variance and location <br />variance for shed.
