Request variance for fence on corner lot <br />(not 90% open). Violation of Ord. 62-33, Section 1151.04-H2. <br />Chairman Remmel invited all interested to stand before the Board and the <br />oath was given. Mrs. Rifici said the fence is to be a picket fence not <br />90% open. Chairman Remmel stated that a chain link would conforcn. The <br />applicant considered this a trouble area caused by the open field adjacent. <br />The closed pickets would give a feeling of security. The adjacent land is <br />owned by Slabe and McKay Land Develope-?s. Mr. Restifo suggested the road <br />be blocked. Chairman Remmel moved that the variance be approved,seconded <br />by E. Graves. Request 28 sq. ft. variance and variance <br />for location of tool shed. Violation of Ord. 62-33, Section 1151.04D. <br />Chairman Remmel invited all interested to stand before the Board and the <br />oath was given. Mr. Remmel asked for the exact location of the shed. The <br />shed will be in line with the detached garage setback and will not be used <br />for pigeons. Mr. E. Graves made a motion to approve the req_uest subject <br />to placing in line with the existing garage and not to be used for a pigeon <br />coop, seconded by Mr. Restifo and unanimously approved. Variance granted. <br />7. Michael Miller, 4645 Canterbury <br />Request for variance (1133.13). Request 100 sq. ft. variance for area, 2' <br />height variance, and variance for location of shed. Violation of Ord. 62-33, <br />Section 1151.04D. <br />Chairman Remmel invited all interested to stand before the Board and the <br />oath was given. Neigbors present were E. Ambruster and R. Zath. Mr. Remmel <br />established the building would be used for motorcycle storage. Applicant <br />collects motorcycles as a hobby. The Board was unsure of height and area re- <br />quest. Mr. Remnel moved that the variance be granted for location and di- <br />mension limiting the total height indoor to 8', seconded by T.
