Graves, L. Horvath, and C. Remmel <br />Absent: T. Restifo <br />Also Present: Law Director M. Gareau, Building Commissioner E. <br />Gundy, and Recording Secretary B. Oring <br />Paddock Fishley Greenhouses, Inc., 23132 Kennedy Ridge Rd. <br />Request special permit. Request special permit to add greenhouses <br />to non-conforming business (in residential area). Special per- <br />mission required Ord. 62-33, Section 1231.02. (Continued from <br />meeting of May 4, 1983.) <br />Chairman Remmel called all interested parties before the Board. No <br />neighbors were present. The oath was administered to Mr. Paddock <br />who submitted a liststating what work had been accomplished as re- <br />quested by the Board at the May meeting: 1) tore down old chicken <br />coops around the shed behind the house, 2) gotten rid of around 1/2 <br />the chickens, 3) cut the grass, 4) cleaned and picked up trash, etc., <br />? 5) painted both big sheds or barns, 6) completed the work on the <br />breaching which means the big stack will be used since the short one has been hauled away. The building inspectors report dated <br />August lst stated: weedsovergrown, chickens loose, building not <br />painted. Mr. Remmel stated that the chickens would have to go. C. <br />Remmel moved to grant the special permit for Paddock Fishley Green- <br />houses based on the fact that the above work is completed, that the <br />chickens are all gone and pens removed; that grass is cut, front and ' <br />rear; trash is picked up; barn is painted; and the breaching on the big smoke stock is completed so that it is in approved EPA condition; <br />special •permit is also contingent upon the applicant acquiring some <br />interest in property for which.special permit is being sought, sec- <br />onded by E. Graves, and unanimously approved. <br />l. Paul P. Pasguini, 23564 Alexander <br />Request for variance (1133.13). Request 12' variance for distance <br />between addition and garage. Violation of Ord. 62-33, Section 1151.04C. <br />Also request 1'5 " side yard variance for addition. Violation of Ord. <br />62-33, Section 1161.01. Also request special permit to add to non- <br />conforming dwelling (front set back and side yards). Special permis- <br />sion required Ord. 62-33, Section 1221.06. <br />Chairman Remnel called all interested parties before the Board. The <br />? oath was administered to Mr. Pasguini and neighbor J. Mayar. Mr. <br />Pasguini stated that he wanted the variance for the distance between <br />the house and garage for only one year, since he plans to build a new
