Dunn, s/1 26 Timber Trails (located between 6066 and 6030 <br />Timber trails. <br />Request for variance (1133.13). Request 5.34' rear yard variance for <br />dwelling. Violation of Ord. 62-33, Section 1163.01. <br />Chairman Remmel called all interested parties before the Board. The <br />oath was administered to Mr. Dunn. The Board pointed out that Mr. <br />Dunn could never cover a patio without a variance. Mr. Dunn is build- <br />ing house himself, and has no plans to cover patio. Mr. Dunn stated <br />that lot directly behind his is 210' deep and his house would be quite <br />far away from any house built on that property. Neighbor R. Mize was <br />sworn in. He stated that this home conforms to original homes in sub- <br />division, neighbors are objecting to smaller houses being built now. <br />He claims that some houses previously built have shorter backyard <br />Mr. Dunn stated the he could shorten his garage by 2' and could build <br />house with a 3.34' variance. E. Graves moved to grant a 3-1/3' var- <br />iance with condition that he will not request a variance for an en- <br />closed patio, seconded by C. Remmel, and unanimously approved. Var- <br />iance granted. , <br />10. Shiu Keang Young, 3896 Canterbury Rd. <br />Request special permit to add to non-conforming dwelling (front set <br />back). Special permission required Ord. 62-33, Section 1231.02. <br />C. Remmel called all interested parties before the Board. The <br />I, oath was administered to Mr. White, contractor, and neighbor, R. <br />Brown, who has no objection, only wants to view plans. This is a <br />four bedroom addition for the family. Very deep lot and only needs <br />a special permit because house is set 96' back. L. Horvath moved <br />to grant the special permit, seconded by R. Bugala, and unanimously <br />approved.
