Graves, L. Horvath, C. Remmel, and <br />T. Restifo <br />Also Present: Law Director M. Gareau, Building Commissioner E. <br />Gundy, and Recording Secretary B. Oring. <br />L. Horvath moved to approve the Minutes of March 2, 1983-as sub- <br />mitted, seconded by E. Graves, and unanimously approveda <br />1. J. Carper, 24279 Lorain Rd. <br />Request special permit to add to non-conforming dwelling (1231.02) <br />(Front set back less than 50'). Violation of Ord. 62-33, Section <br />1159.01. Special permission required Ord. 62-33, Section 1231.02. <br />Chairman Remmel called all interested parties before the Board. The <br />oath was administered to Mrs. Carper. A.letter from Mr. Bert; an <br />adjacent neighbor, in favor of the special permit had been submitted <br />prior to the meeting. L. Horvath moved to grant the variance, sec- <br />onded by E. Graves, and unanimously approved. Special permit granted. <br />2. Raymond J. Schueger, 23920 Maple Ridge Rd. <br />Request special permit.(1231.02). Request special permit to add to <br />non-conforming dwelling (front set back). Violation of Ord. 62-33, <br />Section 1159.01. Special permission required Ord. 62-33, Section <br />1231.02. <br />Chairman Remmel called.all interested parties before the Board. The <br />oath was administered to Mr. Schueger. It was observed that the ad- <br />- dition would be an improvement. L. Horvath moved to grant the Special <br />Permit, seconded by E. Graves, and unanimously approved. Special <br />Permit granted. <br />3. Robert Willkomm, 24059 Maple Ridge <br />Request special permit (1231.02). Request special permit to add to <br />non-conforming dwelling (front set back).
