BOARD OF ZONING APPEALS APRIL 6, 1983 PAGE 2 <br />non-conforming dwelling (front set back more than 70'). Violation of <br />Ord. 62-33, Section 1159.02 S.pecial permission required Ord. 62-33, <br />Section 1231.02. <br />Chairman Remmel called all interested parties before the Board. The <br />oath was administered to Mr. McGuire. E. Graves, moved to grant the <br />special permit, seconded by T. Restifo, and unanimously approved. <br />Special permit granted. <br />5. Ted Eklund, 5351 Hampton Rd. <br />Request special permit 1231.02) Request special permit to add to <br />non-conforming dwelling (corner lot set back). Violation of Ord. <br />62-33, Section 1159.01. Special permission required Ord. 62-33, <br />Section 1231.02. <br />Chairman Remmel called all interested parties before the Board. The <br />oath was administered to Mr. Ecklund and A. Kuenn from Patio Enclosures. <br />The Board agreed that this is a nice addition. E. Graves moved to <br />grant the special permit, seconded by T. Restifo, and unanimously <br />approved. Special permit granted. <br />6, Grace Mort, 5459 Decker Rd. <br />Request for variance (1133.13).. Request 10' variance for distance <br />between patio enclosure and garage. Violation of Ord. 62-33, Sec- <br />tion 1151.04C. Also request special permit to add to non-conforming <br />dwelling. Special permission required Ord. 62-33, Section 1231.02. <br />Chairman Remmel called all interested parties before the Board.. Mr. <br />Kuenn of Patio Enclosures (still under o$th from previous case) re- <br />presented the owner. It was observed that this property had a var- <br />iance for office use but is now being used only as a residence:. <br />T. Restifo moved to grant the variance and the special permit, sec- <br />onded by E. Graves, and .unanimously approved. Variance and special <br />permit granted. <br />7. Goodwill Industries, 23333 Lorain Rd. <br />Request for variance (1133.13).Request 55 sq. ft. variance for 75 <br />sq. ft. wall sign. Violation of Ord. 62-33, Section 1221.06. (Pre- <br />vious variance granted for different occupant 12/1/82). <br />Chairman Remmel called all interested parties before the Board. The <br />oath was administered to Mrs. Badger of Goodwill and a representative <br />of G. & L. Signs. It was explained that A'75 sq. ft. variance for <br />a wall sign had been granted for a previous potential leasee, how- <br />ever, their request for a pole sign was denied. Mrs. Badger was <br />aware that no pole sign would be allowed. T. Restifo moved that <br />the variance be granted, seconded by E. Graves, and unanimously <br />approved. Variance approved. <br />8. Sally M. Wyman, 6522 Cypress Drive . <br />Request for variance (1133.13). Request 1' variance for fence. <br />Violation of Ord. 62-33., Section 1151.04H.
