<br />BOARD OF ZONING APPEALS APRIL 6, 1983 PAGE 5 <br />of Zoning Appeals the same amount of reimbursement for mileage for <br />site inspections as is given to the city employees who use their own <br />cars, seconded by C. Remmel, and unanimously approved. . <br />The Board requested that the Building Department makes sure that the <br />site plans submitted to them be more complete with all dimensions <br />and.directions included. Mr. Gundy will review all site plans. <br />Also, Mr. Gundy will have some type of card make up stating "Var- <br />iance Applied For"; this is to be displayed in the appellant's <br />window to facilitate the members locating the house. <br />Mr. Gundy advised the Board that in connection with enforcing the <br />truck ordinance, it was his opinion that if an owner brought his <br />truck home to unload or clean it for a short period of time, this <br />should not be considered a violation. The Board had no objection to <br />this rule. He also clarified that in enforcing this ordinance, if <br />a truck is parked in a residential neighborhood on weekends or at <br />night, after having been cited once, he would take action, if a <br />neighbor was willing.to state in writing that the truck was agdin <br />parked in violation. <br />Also in reference to the truck violation of Craig and K. Aussee, <br />30924 Old Shore Dr. heard March 2, 1983, Mr. Gundy has advised <br />their lgwyer that the variance could be transferred to their own <br />lot for the remainder of the 60 day period granted by the Board <br />to park on the vacant lot adjacent to their property (permission <br />to park there has been withdrawn by the owner of the lot).
