The <br />oath was administered to Mr. Jack who explained that this addition <br />will be for storage and the existing shed will be removed. C. Violation of Ord. 62-33, Section 1151.01E. <br />Chairman Remmel called all interested parties before the Board. The <br />oath was administered to Mr. Sayers. It was observed that this is a <br />very deep lot and very heavily wooded. R. Bugala moved to grant the <br />variance, seconded by E. Graves, and unanimously approved. Variance <br />granted. <br />14. F. & M. Kun, 4414 Martin Dr. <br />Request for variance (1133.13). Request location variance for tool <br />' shedo (More than 10' from rear property line). Violation of Ord. <br />62-33, Section 1151.04D. <br />Chairman Remmel called all interested parties before the Board. The <br />oath was administered to Mr. Kun and Mr. Storch, a neighbor. The <br />- proposal was explained to Mr. Storch who had no objection. Mr. Kun <br />explained that the rear property is wooded and he does not want to <br />remove the trees. It was observed that this is only a 200' deep lot. <br />C. Remmel moved to grant the variance, seconded by E. Graves. Roll <br />. call on motion: Remmel, Graves,.Bugala, Horvath, and Restifo, Nay. <br />Motion failed to pass. Variance denied. <br />15. Waterbed Factory, 24749 Lorain Rd. (Simon Sign Co.) <br />Request for special permit to use non-conforming pole sign (22 sq. <br />ft. oversized and location of sign). Violation of Ord. 62-33, Section <br />1221.06. Special permission required Ord. 62-33, Section 1231.02. <br />Withdrawn by appellant. <br />The members again requested that they be reinbursed for their mileage, <br />since each member makes a site inspection for each case.
