Mr. Miller explained that there was 34' be- hind his garage and that when he rebuilds his garage he will move it so that it conforms. C. Remmel moved to grant the variance, seconded by E. Graves, and unanimously approved. Variance granted. 12. William Jack, 27230 Butternut Ridge Rd. Request special permit. Request special permit for attached garage addition to non-conforming dwelling (front set back). Violation of Ord. 62-33, Section 1159.01. Special permission required Ord. 62-33, Section 1231.02. Chairman Remmel called all interested parties before the Board. The oath was administered to Mr. Jack who explained that this addition will be for storage and the existing shed will be removed. C. Remmel moved to grant the variance with the condition that the existing shed w'ill be removed, seconded by L. Horvath, and u-aarlimously approved. Special permit granted. 13. M. T. Sayers, 4640 Lansing Dr. Request for variance (1133.13). Request variance for location of tool shed. Violation of Ord. 62-33, Section 1151.01E. Chairman Remmel called all interested parties before the Board. The oath was administered to Mr. Sayers. It was observed that this is a very deep lot and very heavily wooded. R. Bugala moved to grant the variance, seconded by E. Graves, and unanimously approved. Variance granted. 14. F. & M. Kun, 4414 Martin Dr. Request for variance (1133.13). Request location variance for tool ' shedo (More than 10' from rear property line). Violation of Ord. 62-33, Section 1151.04D. Chairman Remmel called all interested parties before the Board. The oath was administered to Mr. Kun and Mr. Storch, a neighbor. The - proposal was explained to Mr. Storch who had no objection. Mr. Kun explained that the rear property is wooded and he does not want to remove the trees. It was observed that this is only a 200' deep lot. C. Remmel moved to grant the variance, seconded by E. Graves. Roll . call on motion: Remmel, Graves,.Bugala, Horvath, and Restifo, Nay. Motion failed to pass. Variance denied. 15. Waterbed Factory, 24749 Lorain Rd. (Simon Sign Co.) Request for special permit to use non-conforming pole sign (22 sq. ft. oversized and location of sign). Violation of Ord. 62-33, Section 1221.06. Special permission required Ord. 62-33, Section 1231.02. Withdrawn by appellant. The members again requested that they be reinbursed for their mileage, since each member makes a site inspection for each case. Mr. Remmel stated that the Board averaged 13 cases a month in 1982. E.
