Special <br />permission required Ord. 62-33, Section 1231.02. <br />Vice-Chairman Graves called all interested parties before the Board. <br />The oath was administered to Mel Lockart, contractor, who explained <br />that the side yards did not conform to the Ordinance. L. Horvath <br />moved to grant the special permit, seconded by E. Graves, and unan- <br />mously approved. Special permit granted. <br />2. Anna Dorr, 4223 Canterbury Rd. <br />Request for variance (1133.13). Request 2,394 sq. ft. variance <br />for lot area ("A" District - abutting "A" cluster). Violation of <br />Ord. 62-33, Section 1157.01. Also request for variance (1133.13). <br />Request 4' variance for depth of lot. Violation of Ord. 62-33, <br />Section 1157.01C. (Variance granted in name of Voik, November 11, <br />1981 has now expired.) <br />Uice Chairman Graves called all-interested parties before the Board. <br />The oath was administered to Mrs. Voit, Mrs. Dorr's daughter, who <br />explained that they received the variance in November of 1981 but <br />were unaware that there.was a time limit. Mrs. Voit plans to build <br />on the vacant portion of the lot for herself. T. Restifo moved to <br />grant the variance, seconded by R. Bugala, and unanimously approved. <br />Variance granted. <br />3. C. & K. Ausse, 30924 Old Shore Dr. <br />Request for variance (1133.13);., Request variance to park truck <br />(over one ton) in Residential District. Violation of Ord. 62-33, <br />Section 1133.07. <br />Vice Chairman Graves calle,d all interested parties before the Board. <br />Mr. Ausse advised the Board that he only wanted permission to park <br />his truck for six months. He had presented a petition supporting <br />his request for a speciAl permit signed by all his surrounding <br />neighbors. Vice-Chairman Graves administered to oath to Mr. Ausse <br />at this time. He has permission to park the truck on a vacant par- <br />cel owned by Continental Savings. He has installed a gravel bed <br />so as not to track mud onto the streetsand there is electricity <br />available so that he doesn't have to run the truck for an exces- <br />sive amount of time. Zaw Director M. Gareau stated that since <br />this area is not fully developed, perhaps the Board could grant <br />a limited permit. Mr. Ausse: claimed that he questioned all his <br />neighbors and no one had a complaint or admitted calling in the <br />complaint. His adjacent neighbor approached the Board and was <br />sworn in. She questioned how this ordinance could be enforced <br />in a non-dedicated development. She was advised that this ordi- <br />nance was now part of the Zoning Codes and could be enforced. <br />Mr. Ausse complained about the builder dumping in a vacant lot. <br />Building Commissioner Gundy advised that since the lot was not <br />adjacent to any homes, he had approved this lot as a temporary <br />, holding place for building debris until it could be hauled away. <br />Mrs. Ausse approached the Board and was sworn in.
