She stated that each variance was to be considd.red as an individual case, and the circumstances should be considered individually. A 90 day permit was discussed. The Board agreed that 60 days should be sufficient to find a per- manent parking place and if necessary, Mr..Ausse could apply for an extension. R. Bugala moved to grant a 60 day special permit to park his truck in a residential area, at which time the permit expires, based upon the fact that this is a new law and there is a hardship involved, seconded by L. Horvath, and unanimously ap- proved. Special permit granted. 4. Kenneth Kallhof, 5907 Burns Rd. Request for variance (1133.13). Request variance to park truck (over one ton) in Residential Districte Violation of Ord. 62-33, Section 1133.07e Vice-Chairman Graves called all interested parties before the Board. The oath was administered to Mr. & Mrs. Kallhof and neigh- bors, Mr. Dorony and Mr. Bonner. Other neighbors were in the audience, but did not approach the Board. It was pointed out that this is a heavily congested neighborhood. The truck belongs to Mr. Kallhof and his son drives it. He explained that the truck had to be connected to an electrical outlet in order for it to start in the winter. He explained that the truck was only there occassionally in between runs (was only there over-night one night lastmonth). Neighbors are opposed to parking truck in their nei- ghborhood. Mr. Bonner submitted a petition signed by nine home- owners in the neighborhood opposing parking the truck. They claim there is noise polution. Mr. Dorony claims that Mr. Kallhof worked on the truck at night and it was disturbing. Mr. Kucharik approached the Board and was sworn ine He claims the parking area is a mud hole and the truck is driven in and out late at night. E. Graves moved to grant the variance, seconded by T.
