? . ?` . ? CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED PLANNING COMMISSION MINUTES - JANUARY 25, 1983 I. ROLL CALL: Chairman Morgan called the meeting to order at 8:04 p.m. Present: J. Burns, B. Gorris, J. Wixted, J. Brown, and T. Morgan Absentc J. Roberts Also Present: Assistant Law Director J. Dubelko, Building Commissioner E. Gundy, City Engineer R. Zurawski, Assistant Fire Chief R. Limpert, Councilmen R. Wilamosky, R. Bierman, and D.;Woerpel, and Recording Secretary B. Oring. II. REVIEW AND CORRECTION.OF MINUTES: J. Burns corrected the Minutes on,page 2, first line: Ordinance numbers should read Ord. 82-103 and 104. B. Gorris moved to ap- prove the Minutes of the Planning Commission meeting of January 11, 1983, as corrected on page 2, seconded by J. Brown, and unanimously approved. - III. BUILDING DEPARTMENT REQUESTS: (a) Suburban Auto Body, 4960 Dover Center Rd. Proposal for addition of storage area to auto body shop. (Heard by the Architectural Board of Review January 19, 1983). City Engineer R. Zurawski advised the Commission that at pre- _ sent there is no actual.defined driveway at this location, how- ever, with the widening of,Cover Center Road a..6-8" barriar curb will be instaYled with a definite driveway apron. Con- sequently.,plares should be submitted.for the parking area and driveway taking into consideration the planned apron area. Mr: ? Leo of.Mongello Associates was-advised that the'plans for the curb and apron were available in the Engineering.Department. This.issue had been discussed previously when tYie first addi- tion was planned, however there had been.no actual plans,for the'curbs 'and apron:,.Councilman Woerpel reminded.Mr. Papato, •_. the owner, that the BZD Committee had mentioned at the prior, meeting that landscaping should be considered when the parking area was planned. It was pointed`:out that if:.a continuous " drive is planned with one entrance/exit on Dover Center and one on Mill, some of the existing pine trees might have to be removed (the Architectural Board had approved the addition with the condition that the trees remain). B.
