COMMUNICATIONS: <br />Letter from Councilman Woerpel congratulating Mr. Morgan on his <br />election as chairman and requesting permission to attend'future_Plan- <br />nino Commission meeting in order to improve communications between <br />Planning Commission and the BZD Committee of Council. <br />VI. NEW BUSINESS: <br />1978 Regional Planning Report regarding rezoning of property bounded <br />by 1480, west of Great Northern Mall, and Butternut Ridge Road and <br />relocated Route 252 was distributed to members for study. <br />Councilman Woerpel advised that he had attended the last Architectural <br />Board of Review meeting regarding the new sign ordinances and dis- <br />cussed the gui.delines for the approval of signs. He is considering <br />a committee composed of a member of .the Architectural Board, Planning <br />Commission, BZD Committee, and perhaps the Chamber- of Commerce to <br />work out guidelines for signs, especially for the proposed Industrial <br />Park Area. <br />VII.
