ROLL CALL:. <br />Chairman Morgan called the meeting to order at 8:04 p.m. <br />Present: J. Burns, J. Wixted, J. Brown, and T. Morgan <br />Absent: B. Gorris and J. Roberts <br />Also Present: Assistant Law Director J. Dubelko, Building Commis- <br />sioner E. Gundy, Assistant City Engineer D. McDermott, <br />Councilman D. Woerpel, and Recording Secretary B. Oring. <br />II. REVIEW AND CORRECTION OF MINUTES: <br />J. Brown moved to approve the Minutes of January 25, 1983 as presented, <br />seconded by J. Wixted, and unanimously approved. <br />III. BUILDING DEPARTMENT REQUESTS: <br />(1) Suburban Auto Body., 4960 Dover Center Rd. - <br />Proposal for.addition of storage area to auto body shop <br />(Continued from January 25, 1983). <br />Building Commission Gundy presented the site plan showing the <br />driveways and parking area. Parking conforms to code. Mr. Leo <br />of Mongello and Associates, explained that there will be an exit/ <br />entrance (two curb cuts) off Dover Center and one off-Mill Road. <br />There will be no continous drive between the two. The existing <br />pine trees will remain as stipulated by the Architectural Board <br />of Review. J. Burns moved to approve the Suburban Auto Body ad- <br />dition as shown with the curb cut locations noted on the drawings <br />and maintaining the existing pine trees as requested by the Archi- <br />_ tectural Board of Review, seconded by J. Brown, and unanimously <br />approved. <br />(2) Medical Emergency Doctors Center, Lorain Rd. (east of Ponderosa) <br />Proposal to construct emergency care facility and medical office <br />building. <br />(Continued from January 25, 1983) <br />Building Comnissioner Gundy advised that he had recieved a copy ? <br />of the title guarantee for the property which shows that there <br />are no easements for the encroaching Kings Path Condominium <br />driveways and also a copy of a survey dated April 21, 1979 in- <br />dicating that the fire hydrant is on the driveway area of the <br />condominium property. City Engineer R. Zurawski had advised <br />the Commission by letter that approval from the Planning Com- <br />mission should be withheld until a location and boundry survey <br />is submitted and reviewed and the encroachments and obstructions
