ROLL CALL: <br />Chairman Morgan called the meeting to order at 8:02 p.m. <br />Present: J. Burns, B. Gorris, J. Roberts, J. Wixted, J. Brown, <br />and T. Morgan <br />Also Present: Assistant Law Director J. Dubelko, Building Commis- <br />sioner E. Gundy, Assistant City Engineer D. McDermott, <br />Councilmen D. Woerpel and R. Bierman, and Recording <br />Secretary B. Oring. <br />II. REVIEW AND CORRECTION OF MINUTES: <br />J. Brown moved to approve the Minutes of February 8, 1983 as sub- <br />mitted, seconded by J. Burns, and unanimously approved. <br />III. BUILDING DEPARTMENT REQUESTS: <br />1. Signs: Referrad.from the Architectural Board of Review 2/16/83. <br />(a) Dynamic Hair Design (Astrup Awning Co.), 23790 Lorain Rd. <br />Projecting Signs. <br />These are projecting awning.signs with no ground supports. <br />Signage conforms to code. B. Gorris moved to approve the <br />Dynamic Hair Design signs as presented, seconded by J. Burns, <br />and unanimously approved. <br /> <br />(b) Medical Emergency Doctors` Center, Lorain Rd. (east of Ponderosa <br />Steak House) <br />Ground Sign <br />Approved with building plans. <br />2. Medical Emergency Doctors' Center, Lorain Rd. (east of Ponderosa <br />Steak House). <br />Proposal to construct emergency care facility and medical office <br />building (building plans only). <br />Approved by Architectural Board of Review February 16, 1983. <br />Plans were studied in conjunction with the Architectural Board of <br />Review Minutes of February 16, 1983. Architect R. Kohanski, Dr. <br />Hummer, and Mr. Hummer explained that they had met with Mrs.. Genzano,, <br />president of King's Path Condominium Association regarding tying <br />into the condominium storm sewer retention system.(a portion of <br />which extends into the proposed site). The Association will not <br />allow this, even though the developer offered to move the fire <br />hydrant and repair the driveway. The Association stated they <br />will move the hydrant if necessary. Mr. Kohanski stated that if
