OLD BUSINESS:
Ord. 83-36: Councilwoman Petrigac explained that the ordinance was
written as a result of the adjacent property owners concerns re-
garding the height of buildings in the Industrial Park. The
legislation was drafted to limit buildings to two-stories. It
was pointed out that 25` would not be a two story industrial
building. This limitation might preclude many types of indus-
tries using the park. Mr. Goldberg of Sunrise Development had
advised Mr. Burns of the Planning Commission that he had agreed
to limit the buildings adjacent to the residential area which is
located beyond the C.E.I. easement to 25' iri height. The present
ordinance now limits height to 35' which is basically a two story
industrial building. B. Gorris moved to disapprode Ord. 83-36
and keep the height limitation at 35' as specified in the present
ordinance, seconded by J. Burns, and unanimously approved.
VIII.
