Burns, J. Roberts, J. Wixted, J. Brown, and T. Morgan <br />Absent: B. Gorris and J. Wixted <br />Also Present: Assistant Law Director J. Dubelko, Building Commissioner <br />E. Gundy, Assistant City Engineer D. McDermott, Council- <br />R. Bierman, and Recording Secretary B. Oring. <br />II. REVIEW AND GORRECTION OF MINUTES: <br />J. Brown moved to approve the Minutes of May lOth as submitted, <br />seconded by J. Burns, and unanimously approved. <br />III. (1) Mr. Donut, 27624 Lorain Rd. <br />Exterior alteration to building <br />Referred from Architectural Board of Review May 18, 1983. <br />It was noted that the Architectural Board had no recommenda- <br />tions and had accepted the plans for the exterior renovation <br />as presented. There will be some interior changes and extra <br />seats will be added. Parking will conform to code. J. Roberts <br />moved to approve the exterior and interior alterations to Mr. <br />• Donut as recommended by the Architectural Board of Review, <br />seconded by J. Burns, and unanimously approved. <br />(2) Richard Sopata, 24834 Lorain Rd. <br />- Proposal to convert dwelling into office building <br />(Special permit granted by Board of Zoning Appeals 2/2/83). <br />Mr. Gundy explained that this is an existing dwelling with <br />a 16 foot front set back (special permit was granted by the <br />Board of Zoning Appeals for the addition). The dwelling <br />will be converted to office space and will be re-sided and. <br />• the fb:rty square foot addition will be constructed for the <br />storage of equipment. Mr. Sopata explained that a new drive <br />will be installed to the west of the property and that the <br />addition will be 275 feet from the rear property line. <br />Parking and drainage plans are being drawn up now and will <br />be presented to the Architectural Board and Planning Com- <br />mission at subsequent meetings. J. Burns moved to refer <br />the Sopata plans for converting a-dwelling into an office <br />building to the Architectural Board of Review with the stip- <br />' ulation that the parking plan is to be presented and a
