Great Northern Corporate Center, located at the northeast
corner of Country Club Blvd. and Great Northern Blvd.
` Development Plans.. (Continued from the July 26th meeting).
Mr. Richland of Great Northern Partnership stated that working
_ drawings are being prepared and recommendation of the Architectural
Board are being included: drive to parking structure will be 3 lanes
, to alleviate stacking of cars, and they are considering terracing
the parking structure back to alleviate the tunnel-like appearance
of the drive between the parking structure and office tower. Over-
head transportation from the Center to the Mall is being considered.
First building (Phase 1-A) will be 4 stories, parking structures
will be 4 to 6 stories, office towers and hotel can be up to 20
stories if there is the need. Revised plans with.suggestions and necommendations of the
Architectural Board of Review will be resubmitted to that Board
