Mr. Andreano agreed if Mr. Mahnke <br />requests it in writing and grants permission to go on to his property. <br />Mrs.Palko, whose property abuts the access road onto Wellesley, <br />would also like a fence along her property line. Neighbors were <br />advised that construction equipment would use Lorain Road access <br />not Wellesley. T. Morgan moved that Pheasant Walk Subdivision <br />' Final Plat be approved: that the drainage and water problems be <br />carefully studied; that sublots 1, 2, 3, and 35 thr.ough 39, and any <br />other portions of lots that are currently zoned commercial be re- <br />zoned to residential; that privacy fence be built.along the en- <br />try road off of Lorain on the property west of entry road; that <br />some privacy fence or equivalent be constructed on the access to <br />Wellesley on the southern property line; that a small section of <br />drainage ditch which will remain after the property is developed <br />be backfilled after receipt by the contractor for approval to do <br />' same by the property owner; and that an attempt be made by con- <br />tractor to deed blocks A and B on Lorain-Road entrance and C and <br />D on Wellesley to abutting property owners if possible, seconded <br />by J. Brown, and unanimously approved. <br />V. COMMUNICATIONS: <br />Letter from Mr. Weitzel, discussed above. <br />VI. NEW BUSINESS: <br />No items. <br />VII. OLD BUSINESS: <br />Mr. Morgan will write letter to Mayor about new member <br />VIII. COMMITTEE REPORTS: <br />_ No report. <br />IX. ADJOURNMENT: <br />B. Gorris moved to excuse the absence of J.
