It was pointed out <br />that amendment must be so written that present restrictions on corner ?PEJtct <br />lots remain the same. J. Burns moved toA eliminate reference to front <br />property line in definition of set back and that Section 1174.02 in <br />establishing set back regulations refer3 to 50' from all streets but re- <br />ference lie made so that Section 1174A (corner lot set back) not be <br />affected, the reason for this rejection is that the Ordinance is too <br />restrictive for commercial property which backs against commercial pro- <br />perty and we do not consider that this is efficient use of land, secon- <br />ded by J.
