Mr. <br />Leo explained that the expense of the wood or brick would be pro- <br />hibitive and that this section will be partially obscured by the <br />existing pine trees. Mrs. Case stated that the different mater- <br />ials might make the building appear smaller. M. Case moved to <br />approve the Suburban Auto Body addition as presented with the <br />condition that the existing pine trees remain, seconded by J. <br />Cavaluchi. Roll call on motion: Case and Cavaluchi, Aye. Ebin, <br />Nay. Mongello, abstained. <br />VI. ADJOURNMENT: <br />The meeting was adjourned at 8:10 p.m. <br />M. Case, Chairwoman B.
