ROLL CALL: <br />Chairwoman Case called the meeting to order at 4:00 p.m. <br />Present: M. Case, J. Cavaluchi, and S. Ebin. Mr. Mongello arrived at 4:10 p.m. <br />Also Present: B. Oring,Recording Secretary <br />II. REVIEW AND CORRECTION OF MINUTES: <br />S. Ebin moved to approve the Minutes of June 22, 1983 as presented, seconded <br />by M. Case. Roll call on motion: Ebin and Case, Ayee Cavaluchi, abstained. <br />III. SIGNS: <br />No items. <br />IV. OLD BUSINESS: <br />No items <br />V. NEW BUSINESS: <br />(a) Wendy's Restaurant (G. T. Wills), 26650 Lorain Rd. <br />Awning addition to facade <br />..? Mr. Wills explained that interior ceiling will be dropped and the <br />awnings will camouflage ceilings which will show from outside and <br />also will cover trim which was built for original restaurant. These <br />will be vinyl circular awnings in yellow and red with aluminium frame- <br />work. Upper part of roof has been painted dark browri. S. Ebin moved <br />to approve the Wendy's awning addition as submitted, seconded by J. <br />Cavaluchi. Roll call on motion: Ebin, Cavaluchi, Aye. Mongello, <br />abstained (did not hear entire discussion). <br />(b) Great Northern Corporate Center (G. Richland), Northeast corner of <br />Coun.try Club and Great Northern Blvd. <br />Detailed development plans. <br />Mr. Richland stated that these are the detailed development plans <br />which were submitted to Planning Commission according to ordinances <br />regulating the Mixed Use District. The development will be completed <br />in phases and building plans will be submitted for each phase for <br />review of actual building plans to both Planning Commission and the <br />Architectural Board of Review. The land use has been approved by <br />Planning Commission including the hotel as an accessory use to the <br />office buildings. First phase will be:a four story office building <br />with surface parking. Actual heights of other buildings are not de- <br />termined at this time. Office towers and hotel can be twenty stories. <br />All buildings except parking structures will be sprinklered. The Board
