ROLL CALL: <br />Chairwoman Case called the meeting to order at 4:05 p.m. <br />Present: M. Case and S. Ebin <br />Absent: J. Cavaluchi and R. Mongello <br />Also Present: Recording Secretary B. Oring <br />II. REVIEW AND CORRECTION OF MINUTES: <br />S. Ebin moved to approve the Minutes of November 16, 1983 as presented, <br />seconded by M. Case, and unanimously approved. <br />III. SIGNS: <br />Fairview/North Olmsted Medical Office Center, Lorain and Columbia Road <br />intersection . - Ground signs. I <br />Heard with building plans. <br />IV. OLD BUSINESS: <br />(a) Great Northern Dodge (C.T. Taylor), 26100 Lorain Rd. (Added to Agenda). <br />Proposal to construct detached building for body shop and parts store <br />on existing dealership property. <br />Returned to Architectural Board from Planning Commission on Nov. 10, 1983 <br />due to change of placement of building. Originally approved by ARB on <br />October 19, 1983. <br />Mr. K. Hendershot of the C. T. Taylor Building Co. explained that build- <br />ing had been rotated 900 and will now be obscured from Lorain Rd. by <br />main building. Parking lot wi11 be asphalt; no additional retention <br />is planned, surface water will run off into existing creek as has been <br />discussed with the Engineering Department. Mr. Ebin believed that some <br />retention might be required and Mr. Hendershot will again consult with <br />the Engineering Dept. The pre-engineered metal building will be the <br />same as previously approved; walls will be sand tan with burnished <br />slate (dark brown) trim and with a white roof. Original approval rec- <br />omended all doors be painted same color as building. Mr. Hendershot <br />agreed. Seven lz" caliber sunburst locust will be planted along north <br />and east boundry of new parking area. S. Ebin moved to approve the <br />plans for Gxeat Northern Dodge as submitted, seconded by M. Case, and <br />unanimously approved. <br />V. NEW BUSINESS: <br />(a) Fairview/North Olmsted Medical Office Center (Christiani& Klopper), <br />Lorain and Columbia Road intersection (formerly Coe School). <br />Proposal to construct Medical Office Building.
