Graves, L. Horvath, C. Remmel, and W. Wasniak <br />Absent: R. Bugala <br />Also Prc.sent: Law llirector M.•Gareau, Council President J. Boehmer, <br />Councilman D. McKay, and Recording Secretary B. Oring. <br />The Minutes of July 7, 1982 were deferred until the next meeting. <br />1., S. DiBenedetto, vacant property west of Bryan? Stratfon/Gold Circle <br />Request for variance (1133.13). Request variance to enclose parking <br />'-? area with fence (accessory) on property with no primary use. Vio- <br />lation of Ord. 62-33, Section 1173.02K. <br />Continued from June 2, 1982 and July 7, 1982 (no representative <br />present). <br />Chair.man Remmel called all interested parties before the Board. <br />The oat}i was administered. The Board studied the new plan. Mr. <br />DiBenedetto stated that tlie lease for Orkin was.for a minimum of <br />5 years; he also stated that the houses on Dover Center were at <br />least 350' away. C. Remmel moved to grant the variance requested <br />exactly as it is laid out on the drawing with a solid fence on the <br />front and the gates as projected and an 8' fence entirely around <br />it, there is at no time, any repair work to be done in the parking <br />lot and the variance is limited to the tenant projected for it <br />which is Orkin only, and if and-when, they cease to be the <br />renter this variance is stopped, atid this area cannot be used as <br />a public lot or an overflow lot of any kind, seconded by L. Horvath, <br />and unanimously approved. Variance granted. <br />2. West Shore Cable TV, 25990 Lorain Rd. <br />Request for variance (1133.13). Request 2' height variance for <br />fence (1' for fence and 1' for barbed wire). Also request variance <br />to use barbed wire.
