This request was amended to read <br />request for a 7'4" variance because of an error on the submitted <br />plot plan. This is for a 12' x 18' addition. It was observed <br />that there is a similar addition on an adjacent lot, however, the <br />house to the rear on the southwest side has.a short back yard. C. <br />Remmel moved to grant the variance for a 12' x 18' addition which <br />will give him a 7'4" rear yard variance, seconded by R. Bugala, and <br />unanimously approved. Request variance to enclose parking <br />area with fence (accessory) on property with no primary use. Vio- <br />. lation of Ord. 62-33, Section 1173.02K. <br />Chairman Remmel called all interested parties before the Board. The <br />oath was administered. Mr. DiBenedetto explained that this is vacant <br />property west of Bryant Stratton. He pointed out that Orkin has <br />office space in his shopping center across the street and their <br />trucks are being vandalized. The driveway will be paved, the parking <br />area will be slag, and an 8' fence will be installed. They cannot <br />use the adjacent vacant property to the west since another shopping <br />center is being planned. Mr. Bugala stated it was not logical to <br />have trucks parked across f rom the business and he is concerned about
