? . ? <br />BOARD QF ZONING APPEALS JUNE 2, 1982 PAGE 2 <br />Chairman Remnel called all interested parties before the Board. <br />The oath was administered. This reqi4est is for an awning,.how- <br />ever, the porch may be screened in at a later date. The Board <br />did not believe that this would block the view from the side <br />street. L. Horvath moved to grant the variance with a base <br />of 12' x 20', seconded by E. Graves, and unanimously approved. <br />Variancegranted. " <br />4. Clark Oil Co., 28925 Lorain Rd. <br />Heard last. <br />5.r Albert F. Germ, 23406 Alexander Rd. <br />v"' Request for variance (1133.13). Request 92 sq. ft. variance and <br />location variance (more than 10' from rear property line) for <br />tool shed. Violation of Ord. 62-33, Section 1174.02. <br />Chairman Remmel called all interested parties before the Board. <br />The oath was administered. It was observed that this lot is over <br />500' deep and an existing metal shed will be removed. This is <br />isolated from the neighbors property. L. Horvath moved to grant <br />the variance, seconded by C. Remmel, and unanimously approved. <br />Variances granted. <br />6. Donald Moore, 23425 Stoneybrook <br />Request for variance (1133.13). Request 4' rear yard variance for <br />addition (family room). Violation of Ord. 62-33, Section 1163.01 <br />Chairman Remmel called all interested parties before the Board. <br />The oath was administered. This request was amended to read <br />request for a 7'4" variance because of an error on the submitted <br />plot plan. This is for a 12' x 18' addition. It was observed <br />that there is a similar addition on an adjacent lot, however, the <br />house to the rear on the southwest side has.a short back yard. C. <br />Remmel moved to grant the variance for a 12' x 18' addition which <br />will give him a 7'4" rear yard variance, seconded by R. Bugala, and <br />unanimously approved. Variance granted. <br />7. S. DiBenedetto, vacant property west of Bryant Stratton/Gold Circle. <br />Request for variance (1133.13). Request variance to enclose parking <br />area with fence (accessory) on property with no primary use. Vio- <br />. lation of Ord. 62-33, Section 1173.02K. <br />Chairman Remmel called all interested parties before the Board. The <br />oath was administered. Mr. DiBenedetto explained that this is vacant <br />property west of Bryant Stratton. He pointed out that Orkin has <br />office space in his shopping center across the street and their <br />trucks are being vandalized. The driveway will be paved, the parking <br />area will be slag, and an 8' fence will be installed. They cannot <br />use the adjacent vacant property to the west since another shopping <br />center is being planned. Mr. Bugala stated it was not logical to <br />have trucks parked across f rom the business and he is concerned about
