.-4 .
BOARD QF ZONING APPEALS JUNE 2, 1982 PAGE 3
the lighting adjacent to a residential area. Mr. Remmel.requested
a more complete plan showing dimensions, driveway, paving, and
height of the fence. Mr. Bugala did not think he could approve
the plan even with more details. Mr. DiBenedetto agreed to return
on July 7th with a more complete plan. Case con.tinued.
8., R. D. Corwin, 5350 Hampton Dr.
? Request Special Permit to add to non-conforming dwelling (less
than 15' total side yards). Special Permit required Ord. 62-33,
Section 1231.02.
Chairman Remmel called all interested.parties before the Board.
The oath was administered. C. Remmel moved to grant the Special
Permit for a 20' x 24' family room addition, seconded by W.
Wasniak, and unanimously approved. Special Permit granted.
9. R. D. Corwin, 5350 Hampton.Dr.
Request for variance (1133.13). Request 40 sq. ft. variance for
tool shed and request variance for location (140.4' from rear
property line). Violation of Ord. 62-33, Section 1151.04D.
107
4;.
.S
Mr. Corwin was sworn in from prevYous case. The Board was in
agreement that the variance for the location of the shed was accept-
able since the lot is deep and it will be located 75' from the
patio. The Board is in agreement that a 10' x 10"x 8' shed would
be more acceptable. R. Bugala moved to grant the location variance
for the Corwin shed which should conform to code, 10' x 10' x8',
seconded by C. Remmel, and unanimously approved. Location variance
granted.
Ronald Stecklow, 27460 Lusandra Circle
Request for variance (1133.13). Request variance for location of
6' fence (not 90% open) for swimming pool on corner lot. Violation
of Ord. 62-33, Section 1151.04 H and 1151.04 L. (Variance denied
on May 5, 1982 - this is an altered request.)
ChAirman Remmel called all interested parties before the Board.
The oath was administered. This is a modified request for a board
on board fence and is now slanted back to the 25' side yard point
at the rear property line. Mr. Bugala is concerned that the snow
will back up against the fence on the neighbors drive. The neighbor,
Mr. Tomsik, was sworn in at this time. He did not object to the
fence. Mr. Remmel believed that an open fence would be more de-
sirable. W. Wasniak moved to grant the variance, seconded by C.
Remmel. Roll call on motion: Wasniak and Remmel, Nay. Bugala,
Graves., and Horvath, Aye. Variance granted.
Clark Oil Co., 28925 Lorain Rd.
Request for variance (1133.13). Request
variance for canopy. Violation of Ord.
42' 6" front set back
62-33, Section 1174.02.
