Bugala moved to grant the Special Permit for the addition to the Morales property as long as the front porch is rehabil- itated along with the addition, and also: with the condition, that a suitable sub-base for the new driveway be put in at the same time as the addition and that the old driveway be landscaped with grass, se- conded by C. It was observed that this property backs up to City property and the house 2 doors north has a similar enclosure. L. Horvath moved to grant the variance, seconded by W. Violation of Ord. 62-33, Section 1163.01. Chairman Remmel called all interested parties before the Board. The oath was administered. This property is adjacent to the freeway and this section of Christinari :.Dr.: is not used. The bridge over the free- way comes in at this point. R. Bugala moved to approve the 1' height variance as request and the balance of the request as shown on the drawing, seconded by W. Wasniak, and unanimously approved. Variances granted. i 9. Daniel T. Geiger, 3477 Wa1ter- Rd. ? Request for variance (1133.13). Request 1' height variance for fence. Violation of Ord. 62-33, Section 1151.04. Chairman Remmel called all interested.parties before the Board. The oath was administered. Mr. Geiger advised that he wants to match the existing.6' fence that is on his rear property. line, and that he even- tually.plans to put in a pool; however at this time the yard will.not be totally enclosed.. He wants protection from the dogs next door. Mr- :-- Bugala does not feel a partial fence will keep the dogs out or that 6° is necessary. Mr. Horvath stated that when he was on the site, the dogs were let out as soon as the school bus drove up. Mr. Geiger stated that a 5' fence will not stop the dogs. Mr. Geiger has not gone to the prosecuter about the dogs. C. Remmel moved to grant the var- iance, seconded by L. Horvath. Roll call on motion: Remmel and Bugala Nay. Horvath and Wasniak, Aye. Motion failed to pass. Variance denied. R. Bugula moved to excuse the absence of.E. Graves, seconded by L. Horvath, gLkid unanimously approved. The meeting was adjourned at 8:20 p.m. C.
