This property is adjacent to the freeway and <br />this section of Christinari :.Dr.: is not used. The bridge over the free- <br />way comes in at this point. R. Bugala moved to approve the 1' height <br />variance as request and the balance of the request as shown on the <br />drawing, seconded by W. Wasniak, and unanimously approved. Request 1' height variance for fence. <br />Violation of Ord. 62-33, Section 1151.04. <br />Chairman Remmel called all interested.parties before the Board. The <br />oath was administered. Mr. Geiger advised that he wants to match the <br />existing.6' fence that is on his rear property. line, and that he even- <br />tually.plans to put in a pool; however at this time the yard will.not <br />be totally enclosed.. He wants protection from the dogs next door. Mr- :-- <br />Bugala does not feel a partial fence will keep the dogs out or that 6° <br />is necessary. Mr. Horvath stated that when he was on the site, the <br />dogs were let out as soon as the school bus drove up. Mr. Geiger <br />stated that a 5' fence will not stop the dogs. Mr. Geiger has not gone <br />to the prosecuter about the dogs. C. Remmel moved to grant the var- <br />iance, seconded by L. Horvath. Roll call on motion: Remmel and Bugala <br />Nay. Horvath and Wasniak, Aye. Motion failed to pass. Variance <br />denied. <br />R. Bugula moved to excuse the absence of.E. Graves, seconded by L. <br />Horvath, gLkid unanimously approved.
