CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED BOARD OF ZONING APPEALS MINUTES - FEBRLTARY 3'; 1982 Chairman Remmel called the Meeting to order at 7:35 p.m. Present: R. Bugala, E. Graves, L. Horvath, C. Remmel, and W. Wasniak Also Present: Law Director M. Gareau, Building Commissioner E. Gundy, and Recording Secretary B. Oring L. Horvath moved to approve the Minutes of January 6, 1982 as presented, seconded by E. Graves, and unanimously approved. Chris Di Ruggiero, 5578 Dorothy Requesting extension of time allowed to comply with conditions of variance granted December 2, 1981. C. Remmel stated that the appelant had the whole month of December when the weather wasn't too bad to comply with the conditions of the variance. C. Remmel moved to extend the order of the variance for compliance by no later than March 15, 1982, seconded by R. Bugala, and unanimously approved. Christ The King Community Rezoning Request continued from November 11, 1981. Heard at the end of the meeting. 1. Owens Air Conditioning and Heating, 24532 Lorain Rd. Request for variance (1133.13). Request 32 sq. ft. variance for ground sign (no additional signage available). Violation of Ord. 62-33, Section 1221.06 D(also see H.V.A.C. request). Variance for pole sign denied on November 11, 1981. 2. H.V.A.C. Supply, 24532 Lorain Rd. Request for variance (1133.13). Request 32 sq. ft. variance for ground sign (no additional signage available). Violation of Ord. 62-33, Section 1221.96 D. (also see Owens Air Conditioning request). Variance for pole sign denied on November 11, 1981. Since both signs are located on the same property cases 1& 2 were heard together. Chairman Remmel called all interested'parties before the Board. The oath was administered. It was explained that each sign would be 8' by 2' and that they would be placed to- gether under the Rent-A-Heep pole sign.
