Request 9' variance for porch <br />enclosure. Violation of Ord. 62-33, Section 1163.01. <br />Chairman Remmel called all interested parties before the Board. <br />The oath was administered. It was observed that the lot to the <br />rear is not buildable because there is an East Ohio Mineral Right <br />Reservation on the property. W. Wasniak moved to grant the <br />variance, seconded by R. Bugala, and unanimously approved. <br />Variance granted. <br />Christ The King Community Rezoning Request continued from <br />November 11, 1981. <br />M. Gareau stated that because of the rezoning of the land by the <br />City Council, the request before the Board of Zoning Appeals <br />should be withdrawn. R. Bugala moved to withdraw the Christ The <br />King Rezoning Request in view of the fact that the rezoning has <br />been approved by City Council Ordinances 81-123 and 81-133, <br />seconded by L.
