Prokasy moved to refer the Spudnuts, Inc. proposal <br />to the Architectural Board of Review with.the recommendation <br />that the western most driveway off Lorain Rd. be designated <br />entrance only-and the eastern most driveway, exit only and <br />that the developer or owner negotiate with the City for <br />additional right-of-way at the south east side of the in- <br />tersection of Lorain and Whitethorn, seconded by R.
