<br />e <br />?r .. ? <br />CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />PLANNING COMMISSION <br />MINUTES - MARCH 23, 1982 <br />I. ROLL CALL: <br />Present: J. Burns, R. Perla, J. Brown, and B. Gorris <br />J. Prokasy arrived at 8:15 p.m. <br />Absent: T. Morgan and J. Roberts <br />Also Present: Building Commissioner E. Gundy, Assistant <br />City Engineer D. McDermott, Assistant Law <br />Director J. Dubelko, and Recording Secretary <br />B. Oring. <br />II. REVIEW AND CORRECTION OF MINUTES: <br />J. Brown moved to approve the Minutes of March 9, 1982 as <br />submitted, seconded by R. Perla, and unanimously approved. <br />III. BUILDING DEPARTMENT REQUESTS: <br />(1) Signs: Heard by the Architectural Board of Review March 15, 1982. <br />_ The signs were studied and discussed in conjunction with the <br />Architectural Board of Review Minutes. R. Perla moved to <br />approve the signs (a-c) with the provisions of the Architec- <br />tural Board of Review with regard to the Unfinished Furniture <br />Sign, seconded by J. Burns, and unanimously approved. <br />(3) Suburban Auto Body, 4960 Dover Center Rd. (Heard out of order) <br />Proposal to construct addition for office <br />Building Commissioner E. Gundy explained the plans for the <br />12' by 14` office addition. The present office will be <br />converted to two additional bays. Parking conforms to <br />code. Mr. Papotto of Suburban Auto Body stated that the <br />addition will be cedar sided and the existing building is <br />brick. R. Perla moved to refer the Suburban Auto Body <br />addition to the Architectural Board of Review, seconded <br />by J. Brown, and unanimously approved. <br />(2) Spudnuts, Inc., 26963 Lorain Rd. <br />Addition and renovation of existing building for doughnut <br />shop. Heard by Architectural Board of Review March 15, 1982. <br />The Commission discussed a11 the recommendations of the <br />Architectural Board of •Review with Mr. Leonard, the Architect. <br />He stated that Spudnuts was in agreement with most of the <br />_ stipulations of the Review Board with the exception of #7 <br />and #9.
