<br />b , <br />CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />PLANNING COMMISSION <br />MINUTES - APRIL 27, 1982 <br />I. ROLL CALL: <br />Chairman Gorris called the meeting to order at 8.:03 p.m. <br />Present: T. Morgan, J. Roberts, J. Brown, and B. Gorris <br />Absent: J. Burns, R. Perla,.and J. Prokasy <br />Also Present: Assistant Law Director J. DuBelko, Building <br />Commissioner E. Gundy, Assistant City Engineer <br />D. McDermott, Councilman D. Woerple, and Recording <br />Secretary B. Oring. <br />(Mayor Swietyniowski and Service Director J. <br />Corrigan arrived later in the meeting) <br />II. REVIEW AND CORRECTION OF MINUTES: <br />T. Morgan corrected the Minutes as follows: page 1, item 1, <br />second line, 5th word should be"east of Putt Putt..."; page <br />1, item I, 6th line, after 3rd word,in5ert wo-fd "with a 5' <br />Planting strip... ."^ Page 3, lst paragraPh include in motion, <br />9 <br />that the Building Department is requested to review these two <br />developments plus the strip, plus the bank building for the <br />total parking of that area."; page 3, item 4, 7th line third <br />last word of sentence sould be"western po.rtidn and..." <br />T. Morgan moved to approve the Minutes of April 13, 1982 as <br />corrected, seconded by J. Brown, and unanimously approved. <br />III. BUILDING DEPARTMENT REQUESTS: <br />(1) Signs: Heard by the Architectural Board of Review on <br />April 19, 1982. <br />The signs were studied and discussed in conjunction with <br />the Architectural Board of Review Minutes. T. Morgan <br />moved to approve the signs (a-e} as contained in the <br />Architectural Board of Review Minutes of April 19, 1982 <br />with their recommendations, seconded by J. Roberts, and <br />unanimously approved. <br />(2) Gastown, 26516 Lorain Rd. Proposal to construct gas station <br />(Originally heard by Planning Commission April 10, and <br />May 21, 1979). <br />Building Commissioner Gundy explained that the present <br />facility will be demolished and a new station will be built. <br />These plans are changed from the originally approved plans
