Brown, and B. Gorris Absent: R. Perla, J. Prokasy, and J. Roberts Also Present: Assistant Law Director J. Dubelko, Building Commissioner E. Gundy, Assistant City Engineer D. McDermott, Councilman D. Woerple, and Recording Secretary B. Oring. II. REVIEW AND CORRECTION OF MINUTES: On page 5, last line of first paragraph, insert aye after Brown. . T. Morgan moved to approve the Minutes of May 25, 1982, as r corrected, seconded by J. Brown, and unanimously approved. III. BUILDING DEPARTMENT REQUESTS: (1) Rad Air (J. Bird), 24260 Lorain Rd. Exterior alteration (In committee from May 25, 1982) No representative present; heard later in meeting (2). Clark Oil Co. (C. Fix), 28925 Lorain Rd. Proposal to construct canopy over existing gas pumps Heard by Board of Zoning Appeals June 5, 1982 Mr. Fix of Clark Oil explained that the canopy will be con- structed over the existing pump islands, one storage tank will be added, the existing service station will be painted and a facia will be added. There will be a new building sign, but no sign on the canopy. The orange and white slats on the existing fence will be removed. T. Morgan moved to refer the Clark Oil Co. proposal to the Arehitectural Board of Review, seconded by J. Burns, and unanimously approved. (3) Csapo Dental Lab (Corna and Assiciates), 25710 Lorain Rd. Proposal to construct Dental Laboratory. Mr. S. Diaquila and Mr. Burns of Corna and Associates ex- plained that the proposal approved in 1980 for an addition and alteratton to the existing hoai5e hacl heen abandoned.
