PLANNING COMMISSION JULY 13, 1982 PAGE 3 <br />(4) Added to Agenda <br />William Given Storage Building, 30948 Bradley Rd. <br />Proposal to construct storage building in Limited Industry <br />District. <br />, Heard after Section IV. <br />IV. NEW DEVELOPMENTS AND SUBDIVISIONS: <br />(1) J. Friedrich Construction Co. Assembly & Subdivision Plat: <br />Located between Brookpark and Mastick Roads at the east <br />corp'orate line. <br />Combining of parcels 237-23-11, 237-23-24, and 237-23-39 into <br />two (2) sublots, one of which is the site of the J. Friedrich <br />Construction Co.'s proposed and approved (Planning.Commission <br />May 25, 1982) 32 unit apartments. <br />Assistant City Erigineer D. McDermott explained that this <br />property is being assembled f rom 3 lots into 2. The resi- <br />dence on the front lot (facing Mastick) conforms to the "A" <br />residential requirements; and the rear lot is taking its <br />frontage off Brookpark Rdo There is an entrance off Mastick <br />to the rear for the proposed apartments. Mr. Freiderich was <br />advised that if he intends to dedicate.this street, he will <br />have to conform to the City requirements. J. Brown moved <br />that the J. Freidrich assembly and subdivision plat:be ap- proved, seconded by J. Burns, and unanimously approved. <br />(.2) Romp Brothers Development Inc. Subdivision <br />Located at the southeast corner of Lorain & Colinnbia Roads <br />(Danny Boy's & Dairy Queen site) and consists of combining <br />and re-split'ting parcels 237-1-1, 237-1-7, 237-1-8, and <br />237-1-11. <br />Assistant City Engineer D. McDermott advised that he had <br />- just received a new plan and it does not conform to the <br />Zoning Code and he wants to withdraw the proposal from the <br />Agenda. <br />III. BUIZDING DEPP,RTMENT REQUESTS: (CONTINUED FROM ABOVE) <br />(4) William Given Storage-Building,-30948 Bradl-ey-Rd. <br />Proposal to construct storage building in Limited Industrial <br />District. <br />There was no representative present. Mr. Gundy explained <br />that he would like to add this to the Agenda due to vacations <br />in August.
